Refunds

Every purchase is a one-time payment. Nothing renews.

The rebuild comes with a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The download page has a one-click refund for those 14 days; after that, write to hello@underpaid.cv and a person answers within a day.

If the rebuild wins no interview within 60 days of purchase, you get a free redo: reply to any email from us, or write to hello@underpaid.cv.

The search, the tailored versions and the interview pack are delivered within minutes and refunded on request within 14 days if they did not deliver what the page says they do.

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which issues the receipt and handles the refund transfer.
