You wrote what you did. A recruiter wants what happened.

Most resumes list duties. A recruiter scans for results: how many, how well, what changed. We turn each duty line into a result line, with your numbers in it.

What most people write
Built and maintained dashboards in Tableau for weekly business reviews.
A duty. It says what the job was, not what you did with it.
What a recruiter wants
Built 180 Tableau dashboards used by 94 merchandising and marketing managers in weekly reviews.
A result: how many, how well. The same line, with numbers in it.
The numbers come from two questions we ask you; these are example answers. Say “I don’t know” and the slot stays N. We never fill one in for you.

Where every number on your page comes from

US payBureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025.
UK payOffice for National Statistics, Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings 2025, Table 14.7a.
Canada payEmployment and Social Development Canada, Job Bank wages 2025 by occupation, median hourly wage over a full-time year.
Australia payAustralian Bureau of Statistics, Employee Earnings and Hours, May 2025, by occupation. An average: the ABS publishes no median at this detail, and the page says so.
Singapore payMinistry of Manpower, Resident Occupational Wages, June 2024, median monthly gross wage over a year.
Everywhere elsePostings that state a range: five or more in ninety days, or the row says how many there were and shows no figure.
Visa thresholdsThe published rule for each route, carrying the date it was last checked.
Remote openingsRemote OK and Jobicy feeds, every posting linked back to its source, with the hiring region the board states.
What does a data recruiter look for in the first lines?
Hands-on SQL, Excel or visualisation work backed by a number: records handled, reporting time cut, an accuracy gain, a revenue or cost effect. "Analyzed sales data to identify trends" is the textbook weak bullet.
Which tools matter most?
SQL, Excel, Tableau and Python appear in every guide checked; Power BI and Looker in most. Named next to a result, not in a list.
Does a two-column design hurt?
Dense or multi-column layouts break parsers. The format and ATS checks in the score catch it, and the rebuild is single-column.
How is the score made?
Seven criteria a recruiter checks, weighted to 100: impact, title and level, relevance, format, ATS parseability, career story, trust signals. The checks are listed on the How we score page.
Is anything invented?
No. Every issue quotes your own line. Every rewrite uses your facts or a bracket where you gave no number. US pay is BLS, UK pay is ONS, Canada is Job Bank, Australia is the ABS, Singapore is the Ministry of Manpower, every other market is read from postings that state a range, and the source of every figure is one click away on your page. The openings are live postings.
Do you guarantee a job?
No. Anyone who does is lying. Refund within 14 days, free redo if the rebuild wins no interview in 60.
What happens to my file?
Read in your browser. Only the text reaches us. Deleted after 30 days, or the moment you ask.
Who is behind this?
One person, building it for people applying from outside the countries that pay the most. No company, no sales team, and nothing to upsell you on the free scan.

You can keep guessing, or you can know in a minute.
